Is a family member's difficult or concerning behavior affecting the whole family? Are you worried about your adult child’s disconnection from the family? Is much of your family time spent fighting? Are you experiencing conflict in your relationship with your adult children?
If you can relate to some of these questions, family counseling may prove beneficial for you and your loved ones. Together, we can work on improving communication and reducing conflicts, acting out, anxiety, and hopelessness or whatever your unique goals might be.
I aim to create a safe and collaborative environment for all family members where we can focus on important concerns and process the powerful emotions associated with them. I maintain a stance of respect for differences and openness in learning from you about your family relationships. With a strong focus on attachment theory, we will create a map to guide us through the change process. This will make sense of emotional realities, inform us of cycles and patterns within the family relationships, and lead to healing and connection.
